For twenty years, Phi Slam has been discipling and mentoring hundreds of young men to be on mission while in college. We provide opportunities for them to walk in faith, minister to fellow students on campus, and build Jesus-minded communities that encourage faith formation. However, we find that the most profound impact occurs in our own leaders as they develop and grow—graduating, starting their own families, leading in their churches, and continuing to build biblical communities. This is the mission and generational change we pray for.
To continue faithfully serving our young leaders, we need to expand our staff team. To do that, we require your prayers and financial support.
Each year, our Foundation Families generously contribute nearly half of the Phi Slam annual budget. This vital support provides the essential resources needed to sustain and grow our ministry. Your contribution directly funds our dedicated staff team—our on-the-ground disciple-makers and mentors—who walk alongside our 125 young men in Phi Slam. Through personal discipleship, spiritual guidance, and intentional mentorship, these leaders help our guys develop in faith, character, and leadership—transforming lives for the Kingdom.
